This Policy explains what types of personal data are collected when you use our App and how these data are used, shared, and protected. It also explains your rights regarding your personal data and how you can contact us. By sharing your personal data through the App, you contractually consent to the collection, use, and transfer of such data in accordance with this Policy for the provision of these services.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy when necessary. In case of any changes, you will be notified via email (used during registration) or through a new in-app version.
In order to provide products and services, we request certain personal data from you. These personal data may include:

Your name, email, and country (required due to service content and language options), and optionally your date of birth, may be collected.

Your last period date, cycle duration, and additional pregnancy-related information (if applicable) are required to provide personalized services. The data you share allows the App to establish more personalized communication with you. Therefore, you may add data later that you did not enter initially.
To use the App, you must register with your email address or social media accounts. If you choose social login, you authorize access and use of certain information depending on the privacy settings of the selected social network.

We only collect information necessary to meet your requests and our legitimate business objectives. If you refuse to provide requested personal information, you may not be able to access certain parts of our services.

However, we may share your personal information with third parties in statistical or anonymized form together with data collected from other users.

Pepapp may share information with advertising networks to provide personalized ads. Pepapp uses an Ad Mediation Platform to optimize ad revenue; you can find the Admost Mediation Privacy Policy here. Pepapp may share non-health-related data with Adjust, a mobile marketing platform for user acquisition. You can find Adjust's Privacy Policy here. Pepapp shares reports and insights to analyze your data and optimize our promotional campaigns. The purpose of sharing your personal data is to find users who are highly likely to be interested in Pepapp.
Pepapp works with processors that perform certain operations on your Personal Data for App continuity.
These processors act only in accordance with our instructions and process Personal Data only to the extent we instruct. We remain fully responsible for any action or omission of our processors and commit to entering into formal data processing agreements with them to the extent required by applicable law.

The App may contain third-party website links or embedded third-party media and services. Since this Policy applies to data collected by us, please note that Pepapp is not responsible for such third-party data collection practices.
Information submitted via the App or Pepapp Website (including Personal Data) is visible to the Pepapp Community. Your posts may be viewed, disclosed, or collected by third parties and used in ways we cannot control or predict, including contacting you for unauthorized purposes.
During app installation, through standard mobile OS permissions, and while using the app, we inform you about the collection and processing of your data.
You may delete data collected by the app at any time. You can also set a custom password for the app in settings.
We recommend formatting your device before transferring it to third parties.
Your device may provide additional tools to control when the app can collect data or share certain information.

To prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to your data, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security in compliance with applicable laws. We use various security measures such as encryption and authorization tools to protect your personal data. Your personal data are kept behind secure networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of persons with special access rights. Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted.
Personal data collected and generated (processed) within our websites and apps will be stored within the European Union.
We retain your personal data as long as you continue to use the app and do not unilaterally delete it. Regarding your purchase-related data, pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records regarding withdrawal of consent are retained for 1 year from that date, and the content of commercial electronic messages and all other related transmission records are retained for 3 years to be submitted to the Ministry when required. At the end of these periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us or upon your request. In addition, pursuant to Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications, traffic data we process are retained for 2 years and then anonymized.
Please note that if you use a device owned by your employer, your employer may have access rights to that device.
To help you use our service more quickly and efficiently, we store session cookies on your device. You may disable storage of this information through your device settings. However, if you do so, you may not be able to benefit from all functions of our service.
