We know reading Terms of Use is not always exciting, and it may be tempting to skip them. However, it is important to clarify what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when using Pepapp services. These Terms define the relationship between you and Pepapp.
To use Pepapp services, you must read and accept this User Agreement ("Agreement").
This Agreement regulates the terms of use for the services provided through the website with domain name www.letspepapp.com ("Website") and the Pepapp mobile application ("App"), operated by Pepapp Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi ("Pepapp"), registered with Gebze Trade Registry under registration number 36263 and located at Muallimkoy Mahallesi Deniz Caddesi Muallimkoy Teknoloji Gelistirme Bolgeleri Etap Sitesi 1.2.B Blok No:143/13 Ic Kapi No:212 Gebze/Kocaeli.
Anyone who accesses or uses the Platform is subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
These Terms apply to the use of the Pepapp App, Website, and all services, features, and content provided by Pepapp.
4.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and access Pepapp content.
(For users residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom, this age limit is 16.)
4.2. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 for those residing in the EEA and the United Kingdom). If such data is found to have been processed unintentionally, we delete and/or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
4.3. Persons under 13 (or under 16 for those residing in the EEA and the United Kingdom) are not allowed to access Pepapp or use the App. If detected, relevant accounts may be suspended, closed, or deleted.
4.4. Access by users under 18 to certain functions and content of the App is restricted due to age-appropriate content delivery, ethical principles, and applicable law. In this context, certain content and features that may be intended for adults are not shown to users under 18.

4.6. Pepapp may use technical data such as IP address, device, and account signals to enforce age-appropriate content restrictions and prevent misuse.
Pepapp is not a licensed healthcare provider. The App and its content do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
You should always consult an authorized healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. In emergencies, please contact the nearest healthcare institution.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. Pepapp reserves the right to refuse account creation or terminate an account where deemed necessary.
The User agrees to use the Platform in compliance with law, morality, and this Agreement.
Reverse engineering, misuse, data scraping, illegal activities, or use of the App in a way that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
Responses provided by PepAI are generated automatically and may contain incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
PepAI outputs do not replace medical, legal, or professional advice. The User accepts that they are responsible for decisions made based on PepAI.
Users may post anonymously in the Forum. However, even in anonymous posts, IP addresses and technical logs may be retained and shared with competent authorities for platform security and legal obligations.
Premium memberships are offered through Apple App Store and Google Play Store and are subject to the subscription, cancellation, and refund policies of those platforms.
Trial periods, auto-renewal, price changes, and cancellation procedures are carried out according to the rules of the relevant app store.
Pepapp may use third-party service providers to ensure the secure, sustainable, and functional delivery of the Platform; to measure and improve performance; to manage subscriptions; to display advertisements; and to operate artificial intelligence features.
In this context, Pepapp may work with third-party service providers including, but not limited to:
The User accepts that, within the operation of the Platform, certain personal data and technical data (such as IP address, device information, and usage data) may be processed through the domestic or international infrastructure of these third-party providers. Such data processing and transfer activities are carried out in compliance with applicable law and, where required, based on the User's explicit consent.
Pepapp is not responsible for the privacy policies and terms of use of third-party service providers. The User acknowledges that such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Pepapp reserves the right to change, add, or remove third-party service providers in line with business needs and technological developments.
The User accepts that IP address and connection information may be processed for platform security, age restrictions, prevention of misuse, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
Personal data are processed in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, in line with the Privacy Notice. Health data are special categories of personal data, and explicit consent is obtained where required.
Pepapp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Pepapp cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use.
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content belong to Pepapp. The User is granted only a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform.
The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting their account. Pepapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of violation.
Turkish law shall apply. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer legislation, Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
