Green Smoothie


1 small banana

¾ glass of almond milk/milk

1 small bundle of spinach

3-4 leaves of parsley

½ teaspoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Blender all the ingredients and don’t wait for it and drink it with joy.
